Rocky Governor GORE-TEX® Composite Toe Wellington
The Rocky® Governor GORE-TEX® Composite Toe Wellington is a safety boot that's also comfortable and waterproof, just the boot you need to support you on the job, on the farm or wherever your day takes you.
The Governor has a composite toe. A composite toe is lighter than steel, yet fully meets the ASTM standard for protective toe and CSA requirements for impact and compression resistance. This boot also meets the ASTM standard for electrical hazard. So what does "electrical hazard" mean? Electrical hazard boots are a secondary source of protection in an electrical hazard environment. They are designed to impede the flow of electricity through the boot and to ground, reducing the possibility of electrocution.
Obviously, safety is a priority with these boots; so you can think about the job at hand rather than about your feet.
This hard-working boot doesn't stop with safety; it's waterproof as well. This men's leather boot is made with revolutionary GORE-TEX fabric. The patented technology is waterproof, windproof and breathable. Your feet stay dry, but air still circulates so you won't have sweaty feet.
Durable and comfortable, this pull-on boot has a Vibram® outsole. Vibram is a leader in high-performance soling products that are lightweight, long-wearing and flexible.
A Terra Suspension footbed provides all-day comfort as you walk, stand and do your job in the Governor.
This waterproof boot is made of heavy-duty full-grain leather with 900 denier nylon that withstands tears and abrasions. Pull straps at the top of the shaft make this 10-inch boot easy to pull on each day.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
