The Best Chuck Roast Bites

One thing that I love to cook with is a good ole chuck roast!  Most people automatically go to just a pot roast with potatoes and carrots, but there are so many different things you can do with it.  There is shredded beef, burnt ends or even treat it like a steak.  Another great thing about them is that you can choose any kind of flavor profile you want.  You can go sweet, savory and anything in between!  So come along and I'll show you what I did with this one!

Aight Guys!!  Let's talk chuck roast!  These things are absolutely incredible in so many different ways, but check this out!  Slow smoked chuck roast, diced into cubes, smothered in Korean BBQ sauce and back on the smoker to get nice and sticky and finally served over a bed of rice!  Make your tongue slap your brain!  Now let's dive into it and I'll show you how we made it!

Ingredients
Korean Chuck Roast
1 - Chuck Roast
Lane’s BBQ QNami Seasoning
1 - Jar of Bibigo Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce
Instant Rice
Sesame Seeds
Green Onions Sliced

Directions

    Korean Chuck Roast

    1. Preheat pellet smoker to 275 degrees.

    2. Season your chuck roast generously on all sides with Lane’s QNami Seasoning and allow to sit about 10 minutes.

    3. Place seasoned chuck roast in smoker and allow to smoke for around 2 hours or until it hits an internal temp of 165-175 internal temp.

    4. Remove from smoker and allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Slice your roast into about 1 ½” cubes and place them in a pan.

    5. Take your jar of Korean BBQ Sauce and Marinade and pour over your chuck roast cubes. Stir your cubes around to make sure they are all coated good with the sauce.

    6. Cover pan with foil and place back in the smoker at 300 degrees for another hour or until probe tender. Take the foil off the last 15 minutes of cooking to allow the sauce to thicken up a little.

    7. Cook your rice according to package and season with butter, salt and pepper.

    8. Time to assemble! Get a bowl, put as much rice as you want and spoon some of the Korean BBQ Sauce over the rice. Now place 3-4 pieces of chuck roast on top of the rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions on top. Dig in and enjoy!
